PHP began in 1995 as a not-for-profit physician hospital organization (PHO) co-owned
by Phoebe Putney Memorial Hospital (PPMH) and local area physicians.
Participants of PHP have access to a network that includes 400+ community physicians,
12 hospitals, and numerous other healthcare providers. We have the privilege of
providing access to over 80,000 covered lives through our managed care products.
PHP is a network of providers that contracts to provide
access to state-of-the-art, high quality, cost effective healthcare services for
employers and the citizens of southwest Georgia.
